A script breakdown is the process of cataloging all the elements needed to film a scene, and categorizing them.
This was traditionally done by printing out the script and manually highlighting Cast, Props, Special FX, and other categories, using a color code system.
Today, most people use a script breakdown app or software to do this more efficiently, by highlighting and tagging words and phrases in the script.

A catalog is a list of all the items, cast and crew needed to film, and the budget is the total cost and pay schedules (daily, weekly, flat rate etc) for those items and people.

actualiz does not limit the number of scripts users can create, but it does have limits on the number of active projects a filmmaker can have at a given time.
The actuliz Indie Plan allows for 3 active projects, and the Studio Plan allows for 7 active projects.
Users can use the Archive function to deactivate a project so it no longer counts against the active project limit, and can restore the project to Active status at a later time.
